About me

Hi my name is Diane, this is the very first time blogging and owning my own website, so I thought I had better introduce myself……

I am 62yrs young, married to my Jeffers for 43yrs, Jeffers is his pet name that all our family and friends use, he is one of the kindest people I know,together we have 3 of the most beautiful girls you will ever meet, Sarah, Nichola and Gemma an we have 9 grandchildren 4 boys and 5 girls and we have 2 beautiful great grandchildren oh my that’s a lot LOL, that’s the family.

About my Jeffers I forgot to mention that he has suffered from MS, (Multiple Sclerosis) for most of our married lives and now he is quite disabled, but he still keeps going and smiling and telling the same bad jokes he has always done, he his loved so much by his family.

And now about me, I am a self taught dressmaker of over 45yrs experience, I love making clothes especially for girls, over the years I have taught myself to knit, crochet, cross stitch, I have done many pictures over the years and they hang on the walls In the summerhouse and various rooms in the house.

For the last 2 1/2yrs I have discovered card making and I am hooked, so most of my spare time and money goes on crafting items, I will post pictures of my craft / sewing room in a while when I get chance to tidy a bit more. I will post pictures of my cards and if you want any info about them please ask.
